How to Navigate a Song

FAQ:

I see the cursor moving through the audio, but I don't hear anything. Why?

You may need to adjust your system sound or audio preferences on your PC or Mac - located in the Control Panels on PC, System Preferences on Mac.

If that is set properly (for your headphones or your internal speakers, whichever you're using), try clicking on the text in the upper right hand corner that begins, "44100 Hz". That will open up the Reaper Audio Configuration. From there you click on "Audio Device" and that will allow you to select the proper Audio Out device so you can hear the song.

1. Basic controls
a. Shortcuts
i. Play/stop = spacebar
2. To change where the song will start from you can move the cursor to the spot of your choice. Once it is moved the song will begin from there.
3. Zoom in/ Zoom out buttons are the plus and minus signs located in middle of the screen on the far right side. These enable you to zoom out to see the entire song, or zoom in to see a specific section.
